How to makes changes in your life:
Your body is hardwired to think, feel and behave in certain ways.
These ways help you feel safe & comfortable because they are familiar to you.
In order to embody the next level of confidence, self trust & assuredness you have to rewire your brain & nervous system feel safe & comfortable there.
This takes some time & practice BUT can be easy.
It may not be simple but the concept is easy :)
Here’s one thing you can do right now…
Everytime you want to make a change in your relationships, career/business or life, notice what happens when you try.
What is your automatic response?
Distract yourself by scrolling on TikTok, eating, working, going out, overdoing or overgiving? (all keeping you in the same situations)
What's it like for you? Frustrated, resentful, exhausting, heavy, anxious, guilty, sick?
These behaviors & feelings are telling you something but when you avoid them you can’t hear their messages.
Awareness is the first step!
Next is to write all this down and keep track. When I’m doing or feeling this way I do _____?
Ask, ‘Is this serving me or not?’
Then practice the pause and reason with yourself to reframe your responses.
Over time your body will get used to the reframe and your life WILL change.
