So what is EFT tapping and Optimal EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques, is an evidence-based proven holistic healing method designed to disrupt and dismantle your emotional attachment to events, memories, and daily experiences in your life currently keeping you stuck and holding you back. We tap on the 12 main Chinese meridian points while saying psychological phrases pertaining to your issue – it is similar to acupuncture by targeting these energy points, but non-invasive, as it only requires you using your fingers ( just the intention to tap is enough too). It is proven to heal PTSD and trauma.

This taps right into your parasympathetic nervous system which is your automatic relaxation response center helping you to feel calmer as you process through your issues. 

Optimal EFT is a spiritually guided meditation I couple along with the channeled messages I get from the Unseen Therapist who is the higher power we use in this practice. We can use whoever you believe in in these powerful and transformative meditations. These are what I consider to be the most loving and compassionate experiences which have helped my clients heal from their past traumas and even rewrite past stories. It’s incredible!

Surrogate EFT & OEFT is when I guide you to be the surrogate for others in your life. It helps others like your parents, siblings, and children feel better with their own troubles to help repair their relationship with themselves and yours together.

Inner Child Healing which I also call self compassion tapping helps to heal your wounded child from the ways they weren’t supported or treated well growing up. Sometimes as an adult when we get triggered we react from an 8 year old self who still wants validation they are enough, to be liked or loved. They want to be seen and heard and it can show up when triggered as feeling angry, lashing out, or blaming others from feeling so hurt. Healing these younger parts by giving yourself the love and affection you really needed integrates these parts with your adult self leaving you more confident than ever and way less reactive. It's a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance—one that empowers you to rewrite the stories of your past, embrace the magic of the present, and create a future filled with endless possibilities. You will feel liberated, more grounded, filled with more joy and show up more fully self expressed. Yippee!

Ancestral Healing is when I guide you to help your ancestors (past or present) heal from their trauma which in turn is passed down through your DNA which creates a domino affect to your children and their children and so on. Similar to surrogate tapping.

Fun Fact: EFT reduces cortisol (studies show about 24%) which is a negative hormone produced in your body when you have chronic negative thoughts and stress.  When reduced it allows your body to return to homeostasis where you can repair yourself internally like lowering inflammation which ultimately improves your health
