Who am I??

I’m a passionate woman who has made my soul’s purpose my life’s purpose by helping you heal within so you RECLAIM & ANCHOR into your personal inner peace & power.

I am a highly detailed person who evolved from a corporate accountant to Nail Salon owner & operator to being an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner in Level 1, 2 & 3 through EFT International. Always using my fingers, ha!

My natural ability and life experience of being highly detailed makes me an expert in guiding you to reprogram your subconscious. I’m like an emotional detective and what we do is like emotional archeology which helps YOU break down what’s holding you back so you have the powerful breakthroughs you want. Very Exciting!

I bring all my methods of being trained in Inner Child Healing, Ancestral Healing and Trauma all using EFT and Optimal EFT as well as a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Facilitator for over 10 years.

AND, bring all of my years of experience being on my own healing and self-discovery journey for the past 30 + years. I found where and how I learned to not prioritize my needs, values and dreams. Although, as an adult I understood and forgave my parents, I found my emotions of what happened (or what I didn’t receive) were all stuck inside. By healing my inner critic, negative thoughts, inner child wounds & re-parenting myself I developed a deeper understanding & loving relationship within so I feel valuable and enough inside, therefore, not needing it from the outside.

I’ve reclaimed my personal inner peace, power & all the self’s…worth, trust, confidence & assuredness so I’m able to guide you to incredible awareness and healing activating you to believe in yourself and build a life you love.

I am a Mom to my cat Sammie.

In my free time I love to cook healthy gluten & dairy free food, dance, sing karaoke and love all things spiritual & woo woo! Yoga, crystals, moon rituals & sound healing :)

I’ve lived in North Jersey all my life, and over a year ago I moved down to the beach. I love it here!
